Spark for mac email6/9/2023 ![]() I have a complex Gmail setup where various accounts are forwarded to one inbox with alias support-and Spark supports this really well. Swipe gestures are available to quickly sift through your inbox, while the three-pane view of the app makes going through email a breeze. Spark also supports many features from its iOS counterparts, so it doesn’t take much to learn how to use it. Speaking of the latter, Spark supports Touch Bar! There are touch shortcuts for: new message reply pin mark read/unread snooze archive folders print and trash. I’ve been using Spark for Mac beta for a week or so now, and the app itself has been great on my 2016 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. One of my favourite features is the ability to send customizable quick replies with one tap such as ‘thanks’ or ‘like’ or ‘smile’, and how quickly Spark can archive batches of emails when you have multiple inboxes to manage. Spark has a ‘smart inbox’ which learns which emails to send to your inbox, while it also offers natural language search in a simple and elegant design. ![]() Earlier this year, Spark landed on iPad, and finally today, Spark has finally made it to the Mac, completely free, just like its other versions. The free app offered some innovative features and was fantastic to use right off the bat. Last May, Readdle launched Spark for iOS, their take as the best third party email client.
